Founder and leader of Casa Civetta Avegno. 40 years of experience in mindfulness meditation "VIPASSANA" in connection with teachers from the NILAMBE Meditation Centre in Sri Lanka.

Trained in person-centered process work and focusing guidance. Collaborates with the School for Focusing in seminars on relationships / experiential structures as a lecturer. Guides morning meditations in all seminars. Leads groups to the most beautiful natural places in the area.
